Dr. Ebad Jahangir is a Systems Engineering expert leading technology planning and integration efforts in Raytheon Technologies Research Center. These effort focus on business development that aligns innovative technologies from multiple disciplines with applications and external funding opportunities. Dr. Jahangir has a proven track record of team leadership to improve employees’ proficiency in systems and strategic thinking as well as to develop organizational processes resulting in productivity improvements. He is adept in working at the intersection of business, government, and academia while ensuring that the organization achieves short term tactical objectives while maintaining focus on long term strategic goals.

Dr. Ebad Jahangir received his B.Sc. in Aerospace Engineering from University of Maryland, College Park and his Ph.D., also in Aerospace Engineering, from University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He returned to education after a few years of professional experience to obtain a Master’s degree in Systems Design and Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
