Anthony Genova

Adjunct Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering

Anthony Genova is an adjunct professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Columbia University and a lead astrodynamicist for NASA, where he works on advanced trajectory design for the agency’s Artemis and Commercial Lunar Payload Services programs. He holds a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and an M.S. in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology. Dr. Genova is an elected member and officer of the American Astronautical Society’s Spaceflight Committee. He teaches spaceflight mechanics, space resource & planetary protection, and advanced dynamics.
